Survey finds gaps in access to computer science

A survey of students in fifth through 12th grades finds that though 62% want to learn computer science, just 49% have taken a class on the subject, according to a report by Gallup and Amazon. The survey finds even greater gaps among Black and Hispanic students and those whose families earn less than $48,000 annually.
